Google Adsense Manual available for download!

If you need to visit Google Adsense support more often then you might have wished that they should have provided something like Adsense manual in a PDF or some other offline accessible document format!

Not in PDF file, but I am providing you a link to download entire Adsense manual in single HTML document file. That means you can browse through it, just like online manual.

I know this comment is gonna be moderated.
I came to your blog thro Cyberbuff’s. I wish I din’t! You r giving away adsense books. But you don’t know the rules urself. U r promoting ads by linking to them. Do read the guidelines. Google’s gonna ban you!!

Now can you please tell me which guideline I am not following or any rule! (Provide evidence to get entertained here)
